Change in Management Fee

The Board of Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust plc announces a change in the calculation of the Company's management fee, with the introduction of a third stepped tier at £250m of net assets.

With effect from 1 September 2016 the annual management fee payable to the Company's Investment Managers and Secretaries, Baillie Gifford & Co Limited, will be as follows: 0.95% on the first £50m of net assets, 0.65% on the next £200m of net assets and 0.55% on the remaining net assets. The fees are calculated on a quarterly basis.
