On 01 August 2022, the Company purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 193.2580p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.
Following the purchase of the above shares 395,380,745 ordinary shares of 1p each will remain in issue. Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust plc will hold 10,372,950 ordinary shares in Treasury.
