PDMR NOTIFICATION

Ediston Property Investment Company PLC announces that it was notified that, on 16 June 2021, Lourde Archibald, wife of, and Person Closely Associated with, Director Robin Archibald, purchased 10,205 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 68.13 pence per Ordinary Share. 

As a result, Mr and Mrs Archibald have a total beneficial interest, in aggregate, of 106,421 Ordinary Shares, representing c. 0.05% of the Company's current issued share capital.
