AIM Rule 17 Schedule 2(g) Update
eEnergy (AIM: EAAS), the net zero energy services provider, announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Rule 17 Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Andrew Lawley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been a director of a private company, Hunter Boot Limited, since 8 June 2020.
On 2 June 2023, Clare Kennedy, Daniel Imison and Catherine Williamson of AlixPartners were appointed Joint Administrators of Hunter Boot Limited. Immediately following their appointment, the Joint Administrators completed a sale of certain assets of the business to Authentic Brands and associated licensing partners.
