Notice of General Meeting
eEnergy (AIM: EAAS), the net zero energy services provider, announces that it has posted to shareholders a notice (the "Notice") convening a General Meeting (the "GM"), at which resolutions will be proposed to receive and consider the annual report and accounts of the Company for the 18 months ended 31 December 2023 and for the re-appointment the Company's auditors.
The GM will be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP at Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT at 9:00am on Friday 28 June 2024. The Notice will also be published on the Company's website at www.eenergy.com.
The Company encourages shareholders to submit any questions for the board to consider in respect of the business of the GM. Questions should be submitted in advance via email by 26 June 2024 by sending them to shareholderquestions@eenergy.com with the title "eEnergy Group plc Shareholder Questions" and including the shareholder's full name. Shareholder questions will be responded to as appropriate before the GM.
