The Company was notified on 1 October 2007 that, as a result of an acquisition
on 27 October 2007 of 957,500 ordinary shares in Egdon Resources ('Ordinary
Shares'), Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited holds 12,087,561 Ordinary
Shares (with an equivalent amount of voting rights) which represents
approximately 17.83 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share voting capital of the
Company.
