The Company was notified on 23 July 2007 that, as a result of the acquisition 
of 789,939 ordinary shares in Egdon Resources ('Ordinary Shares'), Credit Suisse
Securities (Europe) Limited holds 10,750,272 Ordinary Shares (with an equivalent
amount of voting rights) which represents approximately 16.42 per cent. of the
issued Ordinary Share voting capital of the Company.
