ordinary shares on 13 February 2008, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited
holds 12,903,924 Ordinary Shares (with an equivalent amount of voting rights)
which represents approximately 19.03 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
