The Company was notified on 21 September 2007 that, as a result of an
acquisition on 19 September 2007 of 379,789 ordinary shares in Egdon Resources
('Ordinary Shares'), Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited holds 11,130,061
Ordinary Shares (with an equivalent amount of voting rights) which represents
approximately 17 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share voting capital of the
Company.
