Egdon Resources plc (AIM:EDR) the UK-based onshore exploration and production company primarily focused on the hydrocarbon-producing basins of the UK and Europe, announces that its Interim Results for the 6 months ended 31 January 2011 will be announced on 19 April 2011.

An analyst meeting will be held at 9.30am on 19 April 2011 at Buchanan Communications, 3^rd Floor, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN.
