Board Change

 

Eight Capital Partners plc (AQSE: ECP), the financial services operating company that aims to grow revenue through businesses engaged in "Fintech" operations including in the digital banking and lending sectors, announces that it has posted to all shareholders a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), together with a Form of Proxy.

 

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 6 November 2024 at Scott House, Suite 1 The Concourse, Waterloo Station, London SE1 7LY. All registered shareholders are invited to attend the AGM, however, shareholders are encouraged to complete, sign and return the Form of Proxy to the Company's registrars whether or not they intend to attend in person. Lodgement of a Proxy Form will not preclude a shareholder from attending and voting at the AGM in person.

As a result of her increasing work commitments elsewhere, Ms. Gemma Godfrey will be adjusting her role to become a specialist fintech advisor to the Company.  As such she will be stepping down from the Board as Non-executive Director at the AGM. Gemma joined ECP as a Non-executive Director in February 2023. The Board wishes to thank Gemma for her contribution to the development of ECP.
