Capital Reorganisation Update
Temporary Suspension
Eight Capital Partners plc (AQSE: ECP) announces that due to a technical error that occurred overnight, the proposed capital reorganisation by way of a share consolidation, as set out in the announcement of 23 January 2025 (the "Capital Reorganisation"), and the conversion of the remaining 4.8% Bond into equity in the Company (the "Bond Conversion") did not take place at 8:00 a.m. on 30 January 2025.
As a consequence, trading in the Company's shares has been temporarily suspended. The restoration to trading of shares in the Company, and the Capital Reorganisation is now expected to occur on 31 January 2025 at 8:00 a.m.
The updated timetable pursuant to the Capital Reorganisation is set out below.
