'Arcon' and 'O2C' Software Programmes
The Board of Eleco plc ('Eleco') has agreed in principle and subject to contract
to purchase the 'Arcon' and 'O2C' software programmes and certain software
programmes associated therewith at a price not exceeding Euro 850,000
(approximately £510,000) in cash from the Administrator of mb Software AG ('mb
Software'). It is intended that a number of employees of mb Software will
transfer to Eleco in due course in order to ensure full continuing support for
the 'Arcon' and 'O2C' software programmes.
The latest version of the 'Arcon' programme, 'Arcon 6.5' has been released at
CeBiT in Hannover, Germany.
'Arcon' and 'O2C' are visual architecture software programmes.
