    ACQUISITION OF WORLDWIDE RIGHTS TO ARCON(R) 3D ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND
                             VISUALISATION SOFTWARE

The Board of Eleco announces that it has agreed to acquire SoftHold GmbH of
Hameln Germany for €353,750.00 (£246,790.85) in cash.  SoftHold owns the
worldwide rights to Arcon(R), a leading architectural 3D design and
visualisation software program.  As previously announced, Eleco already owns the
English rights to Arcon(R) and the rights to o2c(R), a 3D viewer and compression
software, which is an integral component of Arcon(R) software programs.
