Eleco plc (the 'Company')
Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 30 November 2007 that, due to the recent increase in
the number of shares in issue following the acquisition of Milbury Systems
Limited and therefore the Total Voting Rights of the Company, Suffolk Life
Annuities Limited's percentage holding has crossed the 6% threshold figure from
the previous announcement on 18 October 2007.
Suffolk Life Annuities Limited ('Suffolk') has a legal and beneficial holding
in the Company of 3,422,973 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, representing
approximately 5.70% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital. The
shares held by Suffolk carry direct voting rights.
The interests of Mr J.H.B Ketteley, Chairman of the Company, in the above-
mentioned holding remain unchanged at 2,585,477 shares and his total beneficial
holding in the Company remains at 7,386,530 shares, representing approximately
12.32% of the issued share capital.
