                     DIRECTORS' SHARE DEALINGS

Reference is made to the notifications by the Company dated 1 November 2001
of the acquisition by certain directors of ordinary shares of 5p on 29
October and 1 November 2001. The directors concerned whose names are stated
below have now established that their acquisition of these ordinary shares
carried the right to receive new redeemable B shares of the Company which were
