Elementis announces completion of its acquisition of Watercryl Quimica Ltda.

Elementis plc (ELM.L) ("Elementis"), the FTSE 250 Global Specialty Chemicals Company, is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Watercryl Quimica Ltda., which was announced on 26 June 2012, was completed in Sao Paulo on Friday 28 September 2012.
