Change to the Board of Directors of Elenia Oy

Elenia Verkko Oyj €3,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the Issuance of Bonds, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Elenia Oy, Elenia Holdings S.à r.l  and Elenia Investments S.à r.l.

The composition of the boards of directors of Elenia Oy has changed. Mr Miguel Antonanzas has ceased to be a member of the board of directors of Elenia Oy effective as of 21 June 2023. Mr Philip Swift has been appointed as a new member of the board of directors of Elenia Oy on 21 June 2023. Following the afore mentioned appointment Elenia Oy's board of directors consists of the following members:
