Changes to the Boards of Directors of Elenia Oy and Elenia Verkko Oyj and New Chief Executive Officer to Elenia Oy and Elenia Verkko Oyj

Elenia Verkko Oyj €3,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the Issuance of Bonds, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Elenia Oy, Elenia Holdings S.à r.l  and Elenia Investments S.à r.l.

The compositions of the boards of directors of Elenia Oy and Elenia Verkko Oyj will change as of 1 April 2024. Mr Timo Rajala ceases to be a chairman and a member of the board of directors of Elenia Oy effective as of 1 April 2024. Mr Tapani Liuhala ceases to be a member of the board of directors of Elenia Verkko Oyj effective as of 1 April 2024.

Mr Tapani Liuhala has been appointed as a new chairman of the board of directors of Elenia Oy effective as of 1 April 2024. Mr Tommi Valento has been appointed as a new member of the board of directors of Elenia Oy effective as of 1 April 2024. Following the afore mentioned appointments effective as of 1 April 2024 Elenia Oy's board of directors consists of the following members:

Mr Mark Braithwaite

Mr Eduard Fidler

Mr Jorma Myllymäki

Ms Sirpa Ojala

Mr Michael Pfennig

Mr Phil Swift

Mr Tommi Valento

Following the afore mentioned appointments effective as of 1 April 2024 Elenia Verkko Oyj's board of directors consists of the following members:

Mr Jorma Myllymäki (Chairman)

Ms Anne-Marie Malmberg

Mr Jarkko Kohtala

Mr Ville Sihvola

Mr Tommi Valento

The chief executive officer of Elenia Oy and Elenia Verkko Oyj will change as of 1 April 2024. Mr Tapani Liuhala ceases to be the chief executive officer of Elenia Oy and Elenia Verkko Oyj effective as of 1 April 2024.

Mr Jorma Myllymäki has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Elenia Oy and Elenia Verkko Oyj effective as of 1 April 2024.
