Elenia Verkko Oyj €3,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the Issuance of Bonds, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Elenia Oy, Elenia Holdings S.à r.l. and Elenia Investments S.à r.l.

S&P Global Ratings ("S&P") has placed Elenia VerkkoOyj's senior secured BBB issue rating on CreditWatch with negative implications effective as of 10 January 2024.

The reason cited by S&P is that the regulatory methods for the next two regulatory periods (2024-2027 and 2028-2031) published on 29 December 2023 could have a significant impact on distribution system operators in Finland.
