Elixirr International plc (AIM:ELIX), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that on 26 February 2021, Stephen Newton, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 4,000 ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his son for nil consideration (the "Transfer").
Following the Transfer, the holding of Stephen Newton and his adult son (who, for the purposes of the Market Abuse Regulation is a "person closely associated" with Stephen Newton) remain at an aggregate of 14,128,216 Ordinary Shares representing 31.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
