Elixirr International plc (AIM: ELIX), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 as well as a notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at the Company's offices at 100 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DT on 13 June 2022 at 09:30 a.m.
A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the notice of AGM will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.elixirr.com/investors .
Dividend timetable
In addition, further to the announcement on 4 April 2022 of its final results for the year ended 31 December 2021, the Company confirms the dates relevant to the payment of the dividend of 4.1p per share are as follows:
