Result of General Meeting
Elixirr International plc (AIM: ELIX) ("Elixirr" or the "Company"), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, is pleased to announce that, following the General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution required to implement the amendments to the EMI Option Plan, was duly passed by Shareholders on a poll.
