As previously announced on 4 November 2014, Sean Riddell has stepped down from his current non-executive director role with effect from today.

Chris Spencer, Chief Executive of EMIS Group, said; "Sean was instrumental in the achievements and growth of the Group to date both as an executive director and recently as a non-executive director. The Board thanks him for his substantial contribution over the last 25 years.'
