EMIS Group plc (AIM: EMIS.L), the  UK leader in connected healthcare software and systems, today announces that Andy McKeon will retire as the Senior Independent Non-executive Director of the Company on 28 February 2022 having completed nine years of service.

The position of Senior Independent Director will be taken up by Kevin Boyd on Andy's retirement.

"We would like to thank Andy for his valuable contribution to the Company, after serving nine years on the Board, and also as acting as Chair of the Remuneration Committee until October last year. The Board wishes Andy all the best for the future."
