EMIS Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 13 May 2014, that Capita IRG Trustees Limited as Trustees of the EMIS Group Share Incentive Plan (SIP), had purchased on 13 May 2014 the following Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 663.50 pence per share on behalf of the Executive Directors listed below:
