Retirement of Executive Director

Following the appointment of Peter Southby as Chief Financial Officer of EMIS with effect from 1 October 2012, EMIS announces that, as anticipated, Peter's predecessor Phillip Woodrow has now resigned from the Board with effect from today having remained on the EMIS Board as an Executive Director for a handover period.

Phillip has contributed many years of wise counsel to EMIS and the Board wishes him well in his retirement.

EMIS Group is the UK's leading supplier of clinical software and related services to GP practices and other healthcare practitioners and a major supplier to high street pharmacies. 52.2%* of GP Practices in the UK have an EMIS Group system.
