Georgian Mining Corporation reports that it was notified yesterday that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), TB Amati UK Smaller Companies Fund has an interest in 3,437,500 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 4.27 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
