The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and operator of premium student accommodation across the UK, announces that Alice Avis, Senior Independent Director, acquired a total of 53,600 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 85.80 pence per share through a connected entity, Lawgate Properties Limited.

Following the purchase, Ms Avis's total shareholding comprises 53,600 ordinary shares, representing 0.0089% of the issued share capital of the Company.
