8th February 2008 - Espro Information Technologies Ltd (PLUS: ESP), the global provider of audio and multimedia
interpretation systems announces that Mr. Giora Meyuhas and Ms. Naomi Livne, both non-executive Directors, have
stepped down from the Board. This is standard procedure following the completion of their three year term and the
Board would like to thank them for the guidance they have given during their time with Espro.

The remaining Directors of the Company hold 11.08% of the total shares in issue.
