DIVIDEND DECLARATION

 

Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and operator of premium student accommodation serving key UK universities, is pleased to declare an interim dividend in respect of the quarter ended 30 September 2023 of 0.9375 pence per ordinary share.

 

This dividend is payable on 01 December 2023 to shareholders on the register at 17 November 2023.  The ex-dividend date will be 16 November 2023. This dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") in respect of the Company's tax-exempt property rental business.

 

The Company has a progressive dividend policy with dividends paid quarterly. The Company is targeting a minimum dividend of 3.5 pence per ordinary share for the 2023 financial year (1).
