Exercise of Options

                                          ("Espro" or "the Company")

                                           EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS
                                              AND SHARES IN ISSUE

The  Company announces that on 3rd February 2008, 7,200 Share Options in the Company were exercised at a  price
of NIS 0.01, which is the par value of the shares.

Following  this  exercise there are now 18,072,668 Ordinary Shares of NIS 0.01 in issue. All  of  these  shares
carry voting rights. The Directors of the Company hold 11.08% of the total shares in issue.
