Total Voting Rights

Empiric Student Property plc (LSE: ESP) is pleased to announce that dealings in its ordinary shares will commence today on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and the Shares will be listed on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (together "Admission").

The total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company in issue immediately following Admission is 85,000,001, each with voting rights.  This total voting rights figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
