NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and operator of student accommodation across the UK, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 24 April 2018 at 10.00am at the offices of Newgate Communications, Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall Street, London, EC2V 5DE.

The formal notice of the Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 27 March 2018 and are also available in the Investor Information section on the Company's website at www.empiric.co.uk/investor-information/company-documents.
