It is clarified that the Company's presentation to analysts will now take place at 10.30am on Wednesday, 25 February 2015, not 9.00am on the day.

NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS

Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), an internally managed real estate investment trust ("REIT") investing in modern, premium, student accommodation, will announce its interim results for the period 11 February 2014 to 31 December 2014 on Wednesday, 25 February 2015. 

A Company presentation to analysts will take place at 10.30am on the day, at the offices of Newgate Communications, Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall Street, EC2V 5DE.
