PUBLICATION OF SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS
The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP) announces the publication today of a supplementary prospectus dated 19 May 2015 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the prospectus dated 30 October 2014 in relation to, inter alia, the share issuance programme of up to 300 million ordinary shares.
The Supplementary Prospectus has been issued following the agreement of a 15-year fixed rate £31.1 million loan facility with Canada Life Investments, announced on 12 May 2015.
Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and on the Company's website at www.espreit.co.uk.
