Empresaria Group plc ('Empresaria' or the 'Company')



Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of
59,880 new ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares'), to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market ('AIM') on 29 September 2006. These new Ordinary Shares were
allotted pursuant to the consideration relating to the acquisition of a 51%
holding in EUResource Limited as detailed in the announcement released earlier
today.
