Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of
41,862 new ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares'), to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market ('AIM') on 16 May 2007. These new Ordinary Shares were
allotted pursuant to part consideration relating to the purchase of 60 per cent.
of the issued share capital of EAR Holding B.V ('EAR'), a private limited
liability company registered in the Netherlands.

EAR specialise in staffing services for electricians, plumbers, painters and
hairdressers.  The company also provide candidate care services which includes
providing further skills training.
