Empresaria Group plc ('Empresaria') was notified that on 13 May 2008, Tony Martin, Chairman, acquired 400,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in Empresaria ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 96 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Martin has a beneficial interest in 5,241,618 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.68 per cent. of the issued share capital of Empresaria.
