The Company has been informed that Miles Hunt, Chief Executive of Empresaria
Group plc, acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') in
the Company at a price of 62 pence per share on 3 June 2005. His total holding
following the transaction is 2,837,569 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 13.92% of the Company's issued share capital of 20,390,823
Ordinary Shares.
