Appointment of Group Finance Director
Empresaria Group plc ('Empresaria' or the 'Group'), the international staffing
and recruitment specialist, announces the appointment of Stuart Charles
Kilpatrick as Group Finance Director.
Stuart, aged 45, joins from Elementis plc, the global specialty chemicals
company, where he held the position of Group Financial Controller and Treasurer.
Stuart qualified as a chartered accountant with BDO Binder Hamlyn and has held
senior finance roles within international businesses, including Charles Baynes
plc and Vodafone Group plc.
Stuart replaces Nick Hall-Palmer who becomes Group Development Director and Head
of UK Operations. The appointment will become effective following the
publication of the preliminary results for 2007, expected to be on 18 April.
Miles Hunt, Group Chief Executive, commented: 'Empresaria has been transformed
over the last three years from a company with predominantly UK operations into a
diverse international staffing group with over 40 companies in 20 countries.
Stuart brings both international financial management experience and strong
technical skills to add to the central management team. Nick moves to a broader
commercial and operational role after eight very successful years as Group
Finance Director.'
