The Company received notification on 15 May 2006 from Caledonia Investments plc
('Caledonia') that following the placing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each
('Ordinary Shares') on 9 May 2006 ('Placing') and Caledonia's purchase of
850,000 Ordinary Shares in the Placing, they now hold 9.01% of the total issued
share capital. All of the shares will be registered in the name of Caledonia
Investments plc.



By virtue of the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, The Cayzer
Trust Company Limited, a substantial shareholder in Caledonia, is also deemed to
be interested in the above mentioned shares.
