                              HOLDINGS IN COMPANY


The Company received notification on 18 July 2006 from Caledonia Investments plc
('Caledonia') that following the acquisition of 500,000 and 52,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 17 July and 18 July respectively,
Caledonia now hold 11.35% of the Company's issued share capital. All of the
Ordinary Shares will be registered in the name of Caledonia Investments plc.

By virtue of the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, The Cayzer
Trust Company Limited, a substantial shareholder in Caledonia, is also deemed to
be interested in the above mentioned shares.
