Empresaria Group plc ('Empresaria' or the 'Group') is today posting a circular and notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') to shareholders in order to consider the adoption of a proposed new long term incentive plan and certain amendments to the existing executive equity participation plan.

Empresaria's EGM will be held on 10th July 2008 at 1.00pm, following the Company's Annual General Meeting, at the offices of Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander at One Hanover Street, London, W1S 1AX.
