Empresaria (AIM: EMR) announces that the total voting rights in the Company, as
at 30 April 2008, are as set out below:

No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The figure for total number of ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as

Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
