Year End Trading Update


Ahead of entering its close period, Empresaria Group plc provides the following
trading update.


The Board is pleased to report continued strong growth in revenues and profit.
It is confident that the Group's financial performance for the year ended 31
December 2005 will meet market expectations. It will announce Preliminary
results on Monday 24 April 2006.


The Group is making good progress towards becoming a balanced, international
specialist staffing company. The operations in Japan and the USA (both
investments in start-ups made over the past 15 months) continue to perform ahead
of expectations. The recent Australian acquisition, Monroe Consulting Group, has
integrated well and offers the potential for operations in south-east Asia.
Further possible start-ups and acquisitions in fast growing staffing markets
overseas are being assessed. Meanwhile, the Group's good performance in its UK
businesses in the closing months of 2005 has continued into 2006.


Progress on the development of the business will be reported further with the
Preliminary Results.
