Grant of Options
Empyrean today announces that it has resolved to grant options over 2,450,000
ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company to its management. The options will
be granted with an exercise price of £0.25 per share. All options will expire 3
years from the date of the grant.
It has been resolved that options over 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each
will be granted to both Mr Thomas Kelly (Executive Director) and Mr Frank Brophy
(Technical Director), with 200,000 options to be granted to Dr Patrick Cross
(Chairman). An additional 250,000 options will be granted to various employees
and consultants of the Company.
50 per cent of all options granted to the aforementioned directors and
management will be subject to shareholder approval at the Company's next Annual
General Meeting.
