Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its 2010 Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010, together with a Notice of the Annual General Meeting are now available to download from the Company's website at www.empyreanenergy.com and are being sent to shareholders on 31 May 2010.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 23 June 2010 at the Radisson Mayfair Hotel, Suite 3, Stratton Street, London W1J 8LT.
