Notice of Results and Investor Presentation
NetScientific plc (AIM: NSCI), the deeptech and life sciences VC investment group, announces that it will now release its results for the year ended 31 December 2023, and publish its annual report and accounts, on 13 June 2024.
The Company previously announced on 13 March 2024 that it had intended to publish its audited results in late May. The delay is due to Company availability as a result of the successful execution of several material transactions, including with Martlet Capital, Wanda, and DeepTech Recycling, and auditor bandwidth constraints.
Investor Presentation
A live results meeting will be held online on the Investor Meet Company platform at 10:30 BST on 13 June. Any interested party can sign for that meeting via:
