London, 27 April 2023 - Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in respect of the vesting of shares for the Company's 2021 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP") relating to the conditional awards announced on 29 April 2021 for the financial year ending 31 December 2020. The vesting of shares for the DBP includes dividend equivalent shares in respect of the interim dividends announced by the Company on 8 September 2022, 17 November 2022, and 9 February 2023 and paid on 30 September 2022, 30 December 2022 and 30 March 2023 respectively (the "Interim Dividends").
